NBCCC 2025 Convocation – Deferred Payment Plan

To assist with financial flexibility, the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus offers a Deferred Payment Plan for the 2025 Convocation (July 20–24, 2025, in Lloyd Harbor, NY). Eligible registrants may divide their total registration fee into three equal payments of 33.34%, according to the schedule below.

Payment Schedule:

First Payment (33%) – Charged at the time of registration
Second Payment (33%) – Charged on June 10, 2025
Final Payment (34%) – Charged on July 10, 202
Note: If registration occurs after one or more scheduled payment dates, the equivalent payments must be made retroactively to bring the account current.

Terms & Conditions:

Participation in the Deferred Payment Plan must be selected at the time of registration.
All payments must be received in full by July 10, 2025 to ensure admittance to the Convocation and securing of housing.
Payments must be made via the credit card used for initial registration.
A confirmation receipt will be sent after each payment.
If payments are not unable to be received according to the above schedule, NBCCC reserves the right to cancel the registration, and any refund will be subject to the NBCCC 2025 Cancellation Policy.
