NBCCC 2025 Convocation – Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus 2025 Convocation, scheduled for July 20–24, 2025, in Lloyd Harbor, New York. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NBCCC Convocation Planning Committee at lchatmon@pacbell.net. Please include your full name, contact information, registration confirmation number, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Schedule:

On or before June 20, 2025: Full refund of registration and housing minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
After June 20, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Non-Attendance:
No refunds or credits will be given for registrants who do not attend the Convocation and had not submitted a cancellation request in accordance with the above guidelines.
